Special rules
Founding phase
Players may found their settlements anywhere, making either one or
two islands "native". The other islands are "foreign" for this player.
Special victory points
The first foreign island colonised by each player earns them one
special victory point. Thereafter, each foreign island colonised
earns the player two special victory points.
